Print a configuration report without the computer
Disconnecting the application from the diagnosis tells you which side of the system is failing. On a ZD421 or ZD621 with media loaded, the cover closed, and the printer ready, Zebra documents pressing FEED + CANCEL for two seconds to print printer and network configuration reports.

- Scaling options such as Fit, Shrink, or Actual Size.
